River Square Center is Waco’s prime shopping center. Housing a variety of boutiques and services, River Square Center has something for everyone. River Square Center has become one of the fastest-growing commercial retail centers, cultivating an ambiance for tenants and customers alike.

Immersion created a rebrand for River Square Center, updating the logo, expanding the branding guide, created a website with an interactive leasing map, & designed marketing collateral for the office and retail property. At the end of 2023, we took a 50% occupancy rate to 100% leased! Check them out below.
